So…I know I’m super late and the first thing I said I would do is keep up with this. haha I’ve been keeping up with exercising and stuff but I didn’t have as much time recently to post stuff because of my last week of calc and then I spent this weekend cleaning my house so that my mom wouldn’t kill me when she got back. So here’s the entry for week 1 and I will keep posting every saturday.
Weight: 263 as of this morning.
Thats really about as accurate as I can get since we have one of those old scales with needle.
What I’ve done this week:
Been working out still mostly lifting and doing some ab workouts. I really need to start doing more cardio and I think that’s what my goal for this week will be. Honestly thats the only way I will actually start to shed the weight but I’m just sooo lazy. So hopefully some cardio every day this week even if its something light like going for a walk with my mom or something. I read online that sitting for extended periods of time is super bad for you and all I do all day is sit! So i must get up and around this week.
Also since my mom is back I expect my diet to get a lot better. haha
